Terms of use
Draft for legal review before launch. These terms describe the intended rules for using SharpAndLean.
Using SharpAndLean
SharpAndLean provides editorial and educational information about dietary supplements. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its security, availability or other users. The operator is Thornhale; final business address, governing law and effective date must be added after legal review.
No medical relationship
The site does not provide personal medical advice and does not create a clinician–patient relationship. See the medical disclaimer. You remain responsible for discussing personal decisions with an appropriate professional.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to cite evidence and update material errors, but research, labels, prices, stock and seller terms change. Content is provided without a promise that it is complete, current or suitable for a particular person. A review reflects the evidence and product information available on its stated review date.
Third-party links and purchases
Purchases occur on third-party sites under the seller’s terms. SharpAndLean is not the manufacturer, seller, payment processor or fulfilment provider. Some links may generate affiliate compensation as explained in the affiliate disclosure.
Community contributions
Submit only material you have the right to share. Do not post private health information, unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, undisclosed advertising or claims you know are false. By submitting text for publication, you grant Thornhale a non-exclusive licence to display, format and moderate it for the site. Submissions may be rejected or removed.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site design, original text and original artwork belong to Thornhale or its licensors. You may link to public pages and quote short passages with attribution. Republishing substantial content, scraping protected areas or presenting a review as your own requires written permission.
Accounts and security
Authorised editors must protect their sign-in credentials and report suspected compromise. Access may be suspended to protect the site, investigate misuse or comply with law.
Liability and final review
To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of the site and reliance on its general information are at the user’s risk. Nothing in these draft terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. The final limitation, dispute process and governing-law clauses require review by a qualified lawyer before launch.
